I am honored that you wanted to find out more about me.  As much as I am glad to be living in Upper Darby Township, there are some issues I would like addressed.   And speaking to other residents, it would seem I am not alone in that.   The 2nd District is a large and diverse place, with many different zip codes, neighborhoods, and parishes; but one thing that I think all of the 12.000 residents of our district could benefit from is better access to their Township Government.   The residents should learn about resolutions and ordinances before they are passed so that the Council can weigh their concerns before making a potentially damaging or costly decision.  Residents should have more access to what programs are available and what can help them.  And most importantly, for a District Councilperson to represent you, they should know you and look to hear from you.  You are welcome to email me at silva.for.council@gmail.com, or message me on my facebook page.    You are also free to call at (610) 909-5505.  And please, continue to check out my site, to see my issues and concerns; so on election day you can chose the candidate that will do the best job for you.
